RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If for any reason you want to return something to us, you have 28 days from the date of your purchase.

If you've just changed your mind, please fill in the returns form & just pop the onesie in the post in the same condition that you received it - including all labels attached.

If you feel the product is faulty, please let us know why.  It's really important for us to keep those Little Dinkers safe.

Once we've received your item, and had a chance to look over it we will process your desired exchange / refund immediately.  Your money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.  Please bear with us, for credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Please remember to keep proof of postage as we cannot be liable for any lost items we're afraid.
